I enjoy the variety of classes offered at Balance and the personalized instruction and training that comes with the small class sizes.  The instructors always have great music and the classes are designed for us to work at our own pace.  What makes this studio so special are the women who train here and the friendly, supportive atmosphere created by management and staff.  I love being part of the Balance community!

Ever since I’ve signed up for the Mind and Body package, I’ve felt a significant difference in my strength and energy.  I’ve now upgraded to the Gold package adding the option of balancing my workout with Circuit and TRX training.  The instructors and owners are incredible and friendly.  They address any issue you may have and give you alternative moves that fit your pace and ability.  Balance is exactly what I need as an active mother over 40. Thank you!

I really love the classes at balance! The small

class size makes it a more

Intimate experience, and makes it so the instructor can really focus on improving and correcting your form. I find this really helpful as I used to lift weights and do CrossFit but that was a few years ago. I really like the extra attention I receive at Balance, and love the outdoor space as well. I have taken classes with Kelly, Jess and Christina and have enjoyed all of them. I am so happy at Balance!

Since joining the Studio in April, I feel like I have gained some “me time”in my busy schedule...something I’ve been needing. I feel calm and relaxed after a Pilates or stretching class with Sue. But even better, I love the circuit training classes with Kelly. She gets me motivated and pushes me. I sometimes feel tired and sore, but my body appreciates it. Thank you for a great space, great classes and great instructors.
