At Balance our classes are kept small and personal. We strongly recommend reserving classes ahead of time to ensure there is space for you. Classes can be reserved 4 weeks in advance. Click on the class you would like to attend to reserve it.
These classes run for 45 minutes. They are fun, fast paced and you get a full body workout. The workouts are different everyday, so you won’t plateau or ever feel bored. The work can be done at your own pace with several variations for each exercise station, and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The instructors will lead the warm up and cool down, but during the circuit they are watching for correct form and technique and will motivate from start to finish.

These two pieces of exercise equipment are so incredibly versatile, we thought we would put them together for an amazing workout! With the Bosu, you will improve your balance, agility and stability as it forces your core to work constantly. Bosu drills increase your strength, but are also great for cardio.
The TRX is a suspension training piece of equipment where you use your own body weight. You will build strength while increasing your heart rate. Your core is challenged in every exercise and it works the entire body. There are low impact variations for all exercises and the intensity is up to you.
Pair the two together and have a fantastic, fat burning exercise session!
At Balance we do a lot of
Vinyasa flow yoga. This yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are alike.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
Pilates is a body conditioning system that improves muscle tone, balances musculature, builds flexibility and muscle strength, as well as increases mobility in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. It supports correct posture, and teaches us to move with ease and grace.
A refreshing mind-body workout!
This class is suitable for everybody! We spend a lot of our days sitting for far too long. We are hunched over our computers, heads bowed looking at our phones. Our posture and muscles pay the price. Balance's stretch and flexibility class includes gentle mobility and stability stretches, myofascial release (self massage) techniques and corrective exercises for our posture.
TRX & Weights Class
This is a 45 minute class designed for anyone and everyone. Focusing mainly on strength training, with a focus on core.
Instruction will be given on functional stance, form, technique and proper weight choice to ensure a safe workout experience for all levels.
Build muscle, improve your bone strength, reduce your risk of injury, gain overall strength and feel amazing!
Work on balance, strength and power in this 45 minute class. The Bosu balance trainer, resistance bands and kettlebells are used in this class.
This class works on engaging muscles you don't normally target. Expect high reps using bodyweight or very light weights to help tone and strengthen.
